Overview for Days 3 thru 23:

You’ll basically eat two meals per day with grazing allowed on the approved fruits, vegetables and crackers.  You are avoiding oils and added sugar in your choices.

Shape Drops:  Standard dosage (15 drops = .50 ml) three times a day (nothing to eat or drink 15 mins before or after drops).  Place drops under tongue and hold for 1 minute before swallowing, if possible.  Dosage is adjusted for your body based on Urine Analysis by the practitioner.

Pick Two:  Lean Protein (4 oz, size of deck of cards) twice each day (8 oz total)  These may be prepared by grilling, broiling or boiling in water.  Seasonings, broth or salsa are ok to use with your protein or vegetables as long as they do not contain oil or sugar.

  • Lean beef or buffalo
  • Chicken Breast
  • Turkey Breast
  • White Fish
  • Lobster
  • Crab
  • Shrimp
  • Tuna (in water)
  • Cottage Cheese (low-fat)
  • Yogurt (plain, greek)
  • Eggs (boiled or poached)

Pick 4 Cups:  Vegetables (mix and match in any combination up to 4 cups per day) Remember all seasonings, broth or salsa are ok to use with your protein or vegetables as long as they do not contain oil or sugar.

  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussels Sprouts
  • Chard
  • Beet Greens
  • Lettuce (no iceberg)
  • Tomatoes
  • Celery
  • Fennel
  • French Beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Peppers
  • Zucchini
  • Onions
  • Radishes
  • Cucumbers
  • Asparagus
  • Cabbage
  • Kale

Pick Two:  Fruits (choose two from list each day)

  • Apple (med)
  • Orange (med)
  • Strawberries (6-8)
  • Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries (12)
  • Grapefruit (1/2)

Pick One:  Snacks (seasonings and salsa are ok as long as they do not contain oil or sugar)

  • Blue Diamond Nut Thins (4-6 Crackers) Almond, Hazelnut or Pecan Flavors (gluten-free)
  • Grissini Breadsticks (1-2)
  • Melba Toasts/Rounds (2-3)

Drinks:  Drink as much Water, Tea and/or Coffee as you like.  Suggested Body Ecology Steavia if you need a sweetener.  Only 1 Tablespoon of Milk per day and juice of 1 lemon per day.
